Founders:  Keith Evans, Jr. MA, LPC and Jeni Evans, MA, K-12 Admin & Superintendent.  

 Keith  started Harbor of Hope Counseling 10 years ago because he saw a great need for Christian and Clinical Counseling in Luzerne and Columbia Counties. Harbor of Hope Counseling now serves over 900 members that have come for counseling and/or tutoring services. Currently, Harbor of Hope takes a majority of private insurance for counseling such as:Highmark Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Capital Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Geisinger, Tri-Care, Humana, MHN, Aetna, Cigna, and MEDICAID (please call the office to see if we service your plan). WE DO NOT TAKE MEDICARE.

​Jeni is a K-12 PA Certified Administrator and has her Superintendent's Letter of Eligibility. Jeni is the business manager for HOH and works part-time as a math teacher for Liberty University Online Academy.
