Max Harrison, MA, APC​ - accepting new clients

Mr. Harrison began his career in the criminal justice field as a Crisis Intervention Worker and Probation Officer for 12 years after graduating from Nyack College in Nyack, NY. After receiving a Master’s in Counseling and a Master’s in Administration, he opened a private counseling practice in Williamsport, PA. Specializing in Marriage and Couples counseling, he authored and developed the model, “Building Relationships That Last.” He operated his practice until 1998. He then accepted the position of Clinical Director and then Executive Director of the Bethesda Family Services Foundation in Lewisburg, PA. After 12 successful years of creating, implementing and running therapeutic and behavioral programs across the country, Mr. Harrison accepted the position of Human Services Administrator in Tioga County, PA where he received the Governor’s Affiliate of the Year award in approving Block Grant funding for all Human Services. As a result, funding became available for all branches of Human Services and eliminated waiting lists that had existed for years. Mr. Harrison then accepted the role of Assistant Director of Human Services in Loudoun County, VA., overseeing Developmental Services, Early Intervention, and Community-Based Services. While there, he helped advance cutting-edge evidence-based services to one of the fastest-growing and diverse populations in the country. After this, Mr. Harrison accepted the position of Chief Operations Officer at Mountaineer Recovery Center in March of 2019 overseeing a new Substance Use Disorder 48-bed Residential Treatment Program in Kearneysville, WV. Building this successful program from the ground up, its success led to the building of an additional 32-bed Residential Substance Use Disorder Program for pregnant and post-partum women. Wanting to return to Pennsylvania to be closer to his family, he took a position at Huntington Creek Recovery Center in Shickchinny until recently retiring and coming to Harbor of Hope Counseling.

Kellie Wojciechowski, MS, LSW - 

Kellie is taking new clients but only on a case-by-case basis. Please call the office at 570-764-6444 *1 to schedule an appointment through the office.

Kellie has her B.S. from York College of PA and her Master's Degree in Social Work from Marywood College.  She is a Licensed Social Worker in the state of PA and has over 30 years of experience working with children, youth, and families.  She has experience in both the Child Welfare and Mental Health systems.  Kellie specializes in family matters and fofcuses on positive personal growth.

Currently billing the following insurances: Geisinger, Compsych (Guidance Resources), Medical Assistance, and ESI.  Kellie sees clients on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

Keith L Evans, Jr. MA, LPC - 

Keith has a BA in Business Administration and an MA in Counseling. Keith is a Masters Level Therapist licensed with the state of Pennsylvania (LPC-2011); earned his masters level training in Springfield, MO at the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary; member of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC); has been in private practice since 2011. Areas of Counseling: Grief, Trauma, Couples, Divorce Recovery, Teens, Family Counseling, Children, Employee Related Counseling, EAP, Certified Sports Counseling, CBT, DBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, Addictions Counseling, Christian Counseling, and LPC Supervision.​Keith bills to all insurances listed on our insurance tab.
